Whalan Music in the Bluffs
Our first free show will be Saturday June 20th featuring Orchid Jane Band from 4-6pm playing acoustic versions of their favorite songs; and Darr Family Band from 6-8pm, performing tunes from the 70’s to todayplus some originals!
Bring blankets or lawn chairs and come enjoy the free live music, food and fun in Whalan!
This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council thanks to a legislative
appropriation from the arts & cultural heritage fund.

The City of Whalan is currently

accepting applications in the

way of a resume and cover

letter for one of the following

part-time positions:

City Clerk: Clerical/Administrative tasks estimated at 25-30 hours / MONTH; or

City Clerk/Treasurer: Clerical/Administrative and accounting/payroll tasks estimated at 35 hours EACH MONTH

Initial applications will be reviewed on June 8, but will be accepted after if needed. Please indicate in your cover letter which part-time position you are interested in.
